Shipping
- Orders are shipped next business day after payment - with the exception of custom orders
- International Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable.
Orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped. We currently accept money orders and bank drafts. Personal cheques will be accepted, but there will be a delay in shipping while the cheque clears the bank. We do not accept cash.
We are confident that you will be pleased with your order. However, should you be unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your payment upon receipt of the returned order in its original, undamaged condition. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Notification of return must be sent by email within 3 days of your receipt of shipment. Shipping-handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
